The Humanity of Dominan(ce)ts: Get Off Your High Horse and Keep Me off Your Pedestal
When it comes down to it, D/s relationships are about two individual consenting human beings – emphasis on the “human beings.” Neither individual is inherently better than the other. Neither individual is more deserving of respect than the other. Neither individual should be denied the rights to their own humanity. And neither individual is unworthy, lowly, perfect or all-knowing. As the saying goes “nobody’s perfect”.
This Q&A/discussion is not the “one true way” of D/s: It is another perspective. Hopefully you take away some food for thought and come prepared to ask questions. Attendees can expect an engaging discussion on relationship dynamics that challenge stereotypical ideas about roleplay and empowers D/s practitioners to think about their own power exchange relationships.
